Great store for all the beer and wines we like. 
Unfortunately, the "Website" link takes you to Chateau Wine and Spirits in Polaris.  I don't know if, by chance, it's the same company (?) but Chateau does NOT have the selection of Emporium.
So don't be fooled if you're inadvertently taken to the Chateau site.

This place had Buffalo Trace bourbon when no one else in the area had or wanted to order it for me. As for the earlier comment from the Asian heritage woman that this place is racist: I am so sick of people playing the race card. It is disgusting!!! Get over it already!!! I am a white male and everyone is SO concerned about offending foreigners that the white male has more worries about being profiled as ever before in history! Thank you 1837 for taking care of me!

This place deserves zero stars.  My husband and I have been to this store a few times since it's around the corner from where we live.  We were pleased to have another local shop that had a decent craft beer selection.  My husband stopped by yesterday and asked if they were getting an annual beer release that was pretty rare.  They said they were going to get it today, so I stopped by after work, but I was told by a younger man at the front counter that it was sold out this morning.  I texted my husband and told them they were out and we should check someplace else.  My husband hadn't check his phone yet and went anyway and they sold him the beer.  When we came home; I was furious because why hadn't they sold me the beer, but sold it to him?  I am Asian, so I could only think of one thing that the employee there was racist.  My husband called and voiced his how upset he was and the employee claimed that "I only looked like I came in for that one beer" and that's why he didn't sell it to me.  That's a bunch of bullshit if you ask me.  Even if I just came in to buy the beer; I'm still a customer.  Needless to say, we'll never be going back again because they're bunch of racist assholes.  I don't believe your "story" and believe me that I will tell every single person I know to not shop there.

Very friendly staff, good stock, and the occasional wine tasting. One of my favorite whisky's was not in stock, they let me know when the next shipment was coming in so I could swing by and grab a bottle.
