If you want things to be done twice, forfeit the warranty and get charge 200% the normal rate, then that is the outfit for you. I contracted them to install a dual stage variable speed force air heater in my home. • When they were half way through the installation process of the first heater, I found out that it was a single stage. They removed the wrong heater and install a dual stage; however when the dual stage got installed it was never installed square, it is tilled. • The same story for the thermostat that was first installed was the wrong one it did not handle variable speed. So they replace it with a thermostat that can handle the variable speed. • The ducted work for the exhaust was installed incorrectly and had to be replaced on the follow up visit after installation When I requested a diagnostic check for an issue two weeks after the one year installation, they came out and their charge was 200% above the normal rate. Also I found out that if you do not sign up for their annual plan they consider you that you forfeit the 10 year parts & labor warranty of all furnace parts!

Just called at 8:30 at night for a hot water heater that was not working. Braxton return my call within about 10 minutes. After telling me the cost of a service call, he then walked me through some troubleshooting and got us back up and running. Very much appreciate the customer service versus just sending someone out in collecting the fee. You’ve earned a customer.

1st Response has my business forever. About a year ago I called 3 companies to get an estimate on adding Central A/C. 1st response was in the middle, but they were the only company that actually went into the attic to LOOK at my heating system before giving a quote. That told me they actually knew what they were doing. I was not disappointed either. I had my A/C installed within 5 days. The guys who came out were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right. I was so happy I will use them for tuneups on my furnace as well. Great Company!

Easy 5 Stars! We use 1st Response for all of our HVAC needs. Braxten, Marcus, and their team are true professionals of their craft. They are very responsive, they do what they say they are going to do and they do it for the price they said they would do it for. I have referred them to several people I know and they all are very happy. I can't recommend 1st Response enough.
