Called to have a leaking shut off valve replaced and made the mistake of not getting a quote up front. The cost so so ridiculously high the owner of the house refused to reimburse me. 
In response to the reply listed below. Neither myself or the owner of the property were presented with any estimate or "costs", no opportunity to approve was granted. The work was done with the owner of the property telling me to hire anyone and once he was presented with the bill which I had already paid in full. I was informed that the costs were unacceptable and we should contest. I didn't see this as an option given the fact I had already paid in full. I paid $700 to fix a simple valve in a house I don't own. If I had been presented with amount prior to the work being done I would have looked elsewhere.

He seemed to do the job well.  Had to go to the shop to get a flushing attachment.  When he came back with it did not exactly fit with my Rheem unit and had to modified which took more time.  I wasn't so happy with the shop that did not have the right product available.  But Josh seemed to be a competent plumber, and got the job done well in my view.  Of course that is a non plumber judging a plumber.

Pluses: 
- We had a leak in an upstairs shower.  Leak was successfully located and repaired. 
- Plumber showed up on time. 
- Plumber also repaired a second plumbing issue on-the-spot.
Negatives:
-Plumber reversed the hot/cold feeds on the shower leading to a very confusing showering experience and requiring a second service.
-Was sold a membership into their Diamond program for $15/month allowing certain discounts.  Granted I should have read the fine print but it chaps my hide they would not allow me to cancel it after 6+ months upon relocation.

Brody did an excellent professional job in a timely manner. He explain everything in full detail what the problem was. I well not hesitate to have him come back when needed. I well recommend him and company to my friends for plumbing needs.

Josh came on time. Very informative and explained everything.
He did a wonderful job. I'm so happy.
I will tell all my friends about Steve's plumbing and especially Josh.
