If you see one of their pickup trucks driving around.  Stay clear!!!  They are the worst drivers!!! Guy was eating and looking down while driving in rush hour traffic on the freeway. Changing lanes without signaling.  Would have hit me had I not moved away from him. License plate B729O8P

Aggressively tailgating a cyclist this morning. Should have called police on you or at least got a video.

Initially called to inquire if the company worked with third party warranty firms.  Followed up with two calls afterwards where I indicated that we would pay them in full directly so that they would not have to deal with a warranty company.  Asked that someone call me back to schedule the repair.  A week plus later my calls have not been returned.  I ended up calling a competitor that returned my call within 2 hours and immediately scheduled the repair.  This  company lost my business and the opportunity for future business all because they wouldn't return my calls - an example of poor customer service.
