Work was done quickly and everything looks good, but the initial estimate for work was significantly lower than the final bill. No explanation for this variation was offered by anyone. I would recommend being cautious and getting a second opinion when considering having work done by them, if it isn't an emergency. Be careful.

I called about a question about my invoice. I talked to a very rude lady named Jennifer, she was incredibly rude to me talked to me like I was a child. Put me on hold for ever then she accused me of giving her the wrong address. The customer service was horrible, I will never go threw Fischer plumbing again. And I will tell everyone I know not to.

We are an engineering firm that needs to make recommendations to condominium and commercial clients about what contractors are best suited for certain jobs.  For plumbing matters we have found Fischer Plumbing to be extremely professional; they are patient with our clients and highly educational to our clients on process and methods.  They bring a lot of good ideas to the table and can handle the tricky stuff without a hitch.  They reflect well on our company.
