Just had the nicest Technician come by. He had to put up with a grumpy dog that growls at men and and a grandfather who was asleep. He was so professional and kind. He assessed the situation quickly and was gave us a price quote right away. I was thrilled at how reasonable the prices were. He completed his work so quickly and he even did it as quietly as he could not to wake my grandfather who has been battling some serious health problems. I would suggest these guys any day of the week for services. And when they say 24 HRS. They mean it. They came by after 10 PM on a Sunday. That is Really Cool!

Vladimir Zubchik Service Technician #6845 arrived at my home early on New Years Day 2018. I had a house full of guests when we noticed the drains were backing up into our shower pan, and the toilets were also not flushing. Vlad expertly trouble shot the problem and made short work of getting our system back into full operation. Additionally he found while working the water backup problem, that a toilet hold down bolt had failed and he repaired that as well. Vlad was very congenial, exceptionally efficient, and expertly competent throughout his visit to our home. Needless to say he was our hero for the day both for his outstanding service, and for his arrival on New Years day. Thank you Vlad from the Calls and our guests the Johansens.

It was great to be able to get a plumber on very short notice, within an hour of calling RotoRooter. However, the cost seemed exorbitant and the plumber constantly tried to upsell with more services and products. The price if the service I requested was about $625, which already seemed like a lot, and I'm sure it would have been more than $1,000 if I had agreed to everything he kept insisting I needed to have done. Overall: fine if you meed service ASAP and don't mind spending a king's ransom, but be ready to refuse tons of upselling.

Sam did an excellent job repairing my broken water line and making some other plumbing repairs around the house. He came back to make sure everything was okay after there was an issue with the hot water. Fixed that too!

They saved the day and it was even Sunday! We had a pipe crack and it resulted in a flooded basement. Roto-Rooter came quickly and did a great job. The plumber, Chad, was personable and professional. I highly recommend them.
