We found a T.V on sale Tuesday and decided to buy it Wednesday night. They advised us that they were out of stock but that we could pick it up on Saturday. No Problem. Friday night we found the identical T.V (same model #) on sale at multiple other retail locations. When we approached 2001 Audio Video with the ad, they directed us to their policy which states it must be in-stock, and that best-buy was showing non-available online. (At the time of writing this review i have taken a screenshot showing this t.v in stock at the north London Best-Buy). We drove 3 minutes down the road to the south London BestBuy where they told us that they had sold their last T.V that morning, but could ship us one from another location for our convenience within a few days (No problem, kinda sounds familiar). With this information we went back to 2001 Audio Video where they were not only extremely rude with us, but refused to honour their price match as he "could not verify" we could purchase the t.v at that price. I offered to call the BestBuy location on speakerphone to verify this, I even offered to drive him to the store to verify in person (who would get in the car with a random, I get it). Still we were told the best they could do was a refund. To summarize, they will not match or beat the price. We made the purchase at BestBuy for more than $100 in savings. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they were unprofessional, rude, and refuse to honour their policies.

The absolute best in their class.

Cheaper than bestbuy, and 1000 times more knowledgeable. 

And I was able to support a Canadian company, was truly a win win situation. 

These guys really know what they are talking about, they helped me through every step of my setup, from specs, to installing it myself.

Amazing service, far above and beyond.

I read some of the down votes on this place,

To the man speaking about dropping 3grand and demanding respect: I spent 3 hundred there, and they treated me like a king, so maybe your manners, or lack of, was the problem.

To the person speaking about car audio: bestbuy will refuse car audio refunds after its been installed, by a non certified technician. I've tried. 

Kinda sucks to see down votes on such a great little gem of a place, for little to no reason. 

5 star these guys if they helped you!

Went there over the weekend. Was about to conclude the transaction and purchase the TV when the salesman completely lost it when I turned him down for the warranty. He kept going for 5 minutes without stopping and basically told me I was an idiot for not even wanting to know about the price of the warranty... Never seen that before... I ended up leaving the store without buying the TV because I heard enough...

Superb service, great selection and prices hard to beat! Staff are well versed in their products, let you make your decision yourself at your own pace. Prices are par (if not better) than some big box retailers and they do price match. Will definitely come back for future purchases! And the best part... 100% Canadian owned!

Ok here is my experience, so I paid cash for a set of Pioneer car speakers $75. Unfortunately I didn't need them and since i only had them for about 7 days I was well In there 15 day refund, so I go in ask for my refund and to my surprise the say we have no cash, but will give me store credit or I can wait for a cheque from there head office that was Monday morning it's now wensday morning and they still don't have cash, I asked if they could just put the $75 on my interact card, nope. So if you do buy stuff here DONT PAY IN CASH.....
