After a bad deal with another furniture store I took my money here. I was treated with honesty, respect, and felt confident after the sale. They are extremely helpful at helping to meet your needs, are completely honest to you, and have amazing deals and beautiful sets with fantastic warranty plans. Starting from salesman Jeremy, to Manger Heidi  most dishonest people i ever had to deal with  in my life!! I ordered my sofa on Dec 13 2017 today's date is Jan 29 2018 i don't have that product in my house they lied to me so many times, they don't even know how to track an ordered product. I won't buy anything from this substandard people in future i warn every one from stay away from them.  I had no issues with another store they gave me good deal at good price and delivered on time. The lady at delivery help desk is most  pathetic one with her  ruthless customer service skills.  Again your rating is not even one star. I contacted so many people and shared my experience. If you can't improve you loose

Purchased a new bed frame and mattress here on black Friday. My sales person (I think his name was Dave) was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out a mattress that suited my needs and advised me throughout the whole purchase. The delivery and setup (which cost an extra $75 but is SO worth it) was fast and professional. Overall good experience with Teppermans

Great knowledgeable sales person. When it comes to financing I get a different account to how it should be done each time. I'd appreciate consistent answer. I'd rather know what I need then to be told I need to go get this or that that is the frustrating part.

Overall Satisfied with the price and quality of the product, and the Sales Woman was very nice. Delivery was a bit of a disaster, and product took a VERY long time to come in. We ordered a Sectional, substituting the standard cuddler corner piece for a Chaise lounge and a coffee table. They explained that this would take a little longer as those were not carried in stock, which is fine. They said 6 weeks, which we agreed to. After 6 weeks we called for an update and were told several times it was not in yet. Finally, the sales associate who originally worked with us called to say that she had to send it back when it came in due to a flaw on the product - which I can appreciate if it was true, but it still delayed us getting the furniture for quite a while. The Biggest issue by far was delivery. When the product finally came in, the truck arrived at the very tail end of the time window we were given, and then just sat in the truck for over 15 minutes at the back of our parking lot. As the truck was unmarked, I wasn't certain they were here with our order so I didn't approach to ask. When they finally called me to say they were here, i directed them to the front door, and they sloooowly began to unload. I was beginning to panic as I had an appointment coming up soon and I needed to leave. They nearly dropped the coffee table on the concrete and instead of looking sheepish and panicked as i would expect, they laughed hysterically and carried on. At one point I heard one of them mention how "it's all good, glad we're getting paid hourly!" Which made it pretty clear to me they were purposely taking their time. I let them know I needed to leave soon and couldn't continue to wait for them, and this changed nothing and seemingly went unnoticed. I ended up having to ask my Fiance to come home from work to supervise while I left. He ended up needing to fetch our superintendent to lock up after them as he had to go back to work before they were finished - and in the end, they didn't even finish setting up the couch! The one major positive was that The sales associate was very very lovely and after visiting many other stores that day, was the only sales person to give us the time of day and listen to what we wanted. She very enthusiastically helped us find a matching coffee table also. All in all, I would consider purchasing here again if they promise that the delivery will be better.
