Terrible place and the 'president' Jeff is a jackass. I know little about computers and relied on them to guide me though a fix. They reformatted my computer without telling me. So I couldn't back up my hard drive and I lost everything! Worst of all I called to air my concerns and spoke with "President Jeff" and he dismissed my concerns, told me to illegally download the programs I lost, and told me to get lost, it wasn't his problem. Horrible!!!

Terrible service I have called in a few times ask if they had certain parts in and the lack of enthusiasm and effort was shocking the guy I talked to didn't even look he just said " I don't think so". They have no idea what I was asking for call in to see if they had a 12v 4mm fan and the guy had to ask me what that was. I would not recommend this place to anyone the store smelled of cigarette smoke and the service was terrible.

The owner is quite possibly the most miserable, asinine, and impatient person I have ever met. I don't know how this business managed to stay open for 25 years, but I highly recommend you do not do business here.

They are good at what they do but have poor customer service. I called them at 2:49 pm on Saturday to ask if I could come to pick up my laptop and asked if someone would be able to wait until I get there. I may have only been 5 minutes passed closing time and the response was "Nope ... we close today at 3pm and everyone here has commitments. Also we are closed this Monday so you wont be able to pick it up until Tuesday." I would have expected this from a big box store not a local business owner.
