I used the check-in online feature and was given 1 PM time.  When I arrived at 1 PM, I was told I need to wait 1.5 hours.  What is the point of using online check-in service with an appointment time?  There are plenty of other choices in the same shopping plaza - Great Clips and Sports Cut.  Use them instead.

I went two years ago for the first time and actually enjoyed it. Due to the staff the stylist I absolutely loved quit. Iv'e decided to go back today to simply get a cut and if the stylist needs to straighten my hair in order for the cut to be precise I was comfortable with that (which is exactly what I said). I was told the next opening spot was at 5:00 which I said perfect. I just called back and spoke to Monica again, and she says "I only take appointments for chemicals. I have three people that are walk-ins here now so i'm not sure on the time". I said I'm confused because you said come in around 5:00, nothing was mentioned about walk-ins because if that was mentioned I would've came up right after speaking to you due to you cant make appointments for me since I'm just needing a cut and not needing anything chemically done for my hair. Nothing was said back!!  I'm extremely disappointed and refuse to spend my money with someone with zero level of professionalism.  I do not recommend anyone to use Monica! She does not communicate well nor listen and that is unacceptable in the business field.  If she can't do that then I defiantly don't trust her with my hair. Will NEVER go here!

Poor customer service experience.  Should have read and listened to other customer posts. Our whole experience was horrible.  Stylist (African American lady) needs training in customer service.

Very bad Customer Service. Called this morning and scheduled at 2:00 pm appointment and spoke to Monica. When I arrived Monica said that I scheduled my appointment with Stephanie ( Monica never said who my appointment was with) and that she went home early because she wasn't feeling well. Never been here before and don't think I will ever try again.
