We dealt with them over the phone to get all of our information needed to get financed since we lived 2 1/2 hours away we didn't want to make the drive then get there and have issues. We let them know we were 2 1/2 hours away and asked many questions about the truck we were interested in and were told that there were no issues except they had a scratch repaired/repainted on the front fender. Awesome. Drove the 2 1/2 hours to get the truck and when we got there it was NOT what was advertised or told to us over the phone. Paint was flaking off, scratches on the fenders, the door panels weren't the original ones and someone (it looks like) tried to paint the panel to match what it should've been, the passenger door panel was falling apart, the rear passenger door wouldn't even open, the rear view camera didn't work (to which the man told my husband oh sometimes they work and sometimes they dont), the steering wheel was completely crooked when driving the truck straight, the taillight was out and the truck shook when going about 45mph. I was highly upset that they not only wasted our time but that they were not HONEST about the truck at all. The pictures online show no evidence of the trucks issues which to me is false advertising. When confronted about the trucks issues we were told he could come down $500 off the price to get all that fixed. $500 wouldn't even begin to cover what that truck needed. Also, when my husband looked under the truck, it appeared that the most visible parts of the frame had been painted and the parts further under the truck were very rusty. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone wanting a vehicle.

Casey was wonderful to work with.  No sales pressure.  Great selection of used trucks.  Good trucks at good prices.  Additionally, Casey was very good at fully disclosing flaws such as rips in upholstery, dings and scratches to the body, etc.

I have bought several cars trucks and jeeps from 216 auto sales I have always got great deals and wonderful rides they alway have a great selection I will not shop anywhere else. They also have great interest rates on there loans. Thanks Casey I'm a customer for life
