Welcome to our Garden Grove club in Garden Grove, CA. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

I give this gym 4 out of 5 stars. 
Taking in consideration the fact that, this is a busy place, it is expected to encounter some issues. 
Like the men's locker room needs to be cleaned up more often, this includes the showers and restrooms as well as the sauna and steam room.  But since I am not a problematic individual, I do not make a big deal about it and I enjoy it as it comes.
The staff always greets me. So give it a try and be realistic and open minded, otherwise stay home. Lots of parking

This is a great gym. It has everything you will need to meet your goals. Also the employees are friendly and approachable. Also, they have personal trainers who are very helpful. Tianna Prince was able to listen to my fitness goals, and identity things that had room for improvement.  All the staff is all great when it comes to customer service. Will definitely return.

I just joined and I really like this gym. This is the second 24hour I've been a member at. This gym is pretty big and everyone is nice, i mean I'm nice and if you're an ass they (and everyone else) will probably be an ass back. Be nice. Anyway. I really like this gym. I did the sauna and its great. I like their machines and their weights are nice and they have lots. Matt helped my sign up and he was cool but he seems disciplined or like strict but he was nice. I also needed help with the locker i used because i forgot my combo but i told the guy at the counter that i knew it but i totally forgot. Anyway. He was like oh no there isnt a female to go into the locker room but we sorted it out and he was super cool and like way too nice like handsome people shouldn't be that nice. Anyway. I really like this gym and i cant wait for tomorrow morning, gonna hit that jacuzz! And get in some sweet sweet cardio. Ok coolio. Ok bye :)

This place is my regular home-gym and is okay. I enjoy getting my workouts here, but could be improved by racking weights to it's place and new/working equipment. Although, the staff is good. The environment is decent. I'd rate this gym a C+.
