Where should I start! I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Marino and his wife a year a go. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to lift weights because girls have the notion that lifting will make you Big but boy was I wrong! A few months of hard training and Joe has transformed my body.

Joe Marino  was highly recommended for having the best  strength and conditioning program in town and for training high caliber athletes. As a 33 year old mother of 2 aspiring to be an mma fighter I knew I had to train with the best. As of today I have lost 15 pounds while on the mpf training system and feel in the best shape of my life. Growing up I never thought in a million years that I would be an athlete flipping tires or squatting 195 pounds . Joe built my confidence and has been there for me every step of the way.

owner is a moron midget who is arrogant and has Napoleon complex. Highly recommend going to random crossfit place over this tools place.

I feel extremely fortunate that Lori Marino, of MPF Training Systems, has been my trainer for the past two years.  She is an expert at planning workouts that are varied, challenging, and designed to meet the needs of each individual client so there is continual progress in improving all aspects of a person's physical fitness.  Her wealth of knowledge is complimented by her attention to detail, availability to offer guidance outside of workouts, and a true sense of caring about the well-being of her clients.  I highly recommend Lori as a trainer for anyone who wants to improve their health to be able to live their best life.  -Jill
