This place is awesome. Marcus is the owner and trainer here and it's great to have such personalized attention. Its more affordable if you are serious and want to get in great shape and workout routinely versus major gyms. I chose this over Crossfit because you get  functional  fitness and the movements are in my opinion safer and lighter on your body.

I have trained at other gyms here and there to learn other types of martial arts and fitness programs. Marcus is a good friend of mine and when he told he was starting Rukkus Training I joined with no hesitation. The first session was great and from then on I was hooked to his sessions. The  way he mixes martial arts and cross training are phenomenal.  Yes you will struggle but that means what you're working is working. Marcus actually does the training with you from time to time and I have never once encountered that from any personal trainer. If you're also interested in the MMA aspect Marcus will get you in the right track. You don't have to be a UFC fighter to train during KOMBAT KONDITIONING, that specific session will push your limits and I believe you can experience what it's like to train like a professional MMA fighter. The training helped in my job and personal life. Thanks Marcus
