This is a very well run gym. Well equipped, very organized. EXTREMELY CLEAN. Professional staff. Owner Mike is very involved and is a dedicated coach as well. Other coaches are well trained and prepared. Friendly members as well. I visited this gym as a drop-in; if I were local I would definitely join its a great box!

Great coaching staff and facility! Owner and crew emphasize on safety and gradual skill development while constantly challenging more experienced members. Plenty of class times to choose from, "skill" classes, and open gym sessions on the weekends. Gym cultured is welcoming and good will promoted by all. Yup, the box pretty much rocks 7 days a week :D

Hate them, they make me run. I throw every excuse I can come up with, not too run. They are unphased by my many attempts and end up running any way. My couch potato ways, have no power here. Hate them.

Don't know about other crossfit gyms because I've never left here to find another place. The coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable on technique and form. The crowd that comes here is friendly and encouraging. You will not regret coming here if your looking for a great workout. Just be prepared to sweat a lot.

I love this place! This review may seem biased because it's the only CrossFit box I've been to and I'm glad I came to the right place! If you're new to CF, do not be afraid! Grudge Fitness is the place to be as you will be trained with modified weight/exercises and work your way up. You will focus more on proper form and technique to prevent injury. I just started 2 months ago and have lost 27 pounds with proper nutrition and the high intensity workouts at Grudge. I feel more energized with my daily routines which are physically and mentally easier. Prepare to push yourself to your limits and be sore! No pain no gainz! You'll find out that the workouts are incredibly productive for your fitness needs. Forget about spending 2 hours a day at 24 hour golds planet something something (commercial gym). All you need is 1 hour of CF and you're set. Don't feel discouraged, the coaches are professional and the community is very supportive. Best part is that they offer military discount! See ya there! ✌
