Great yoga studio - as a student this practice really connects my body and mind allowing me to be present and not distracted by everyday chatter.

This place is amazing. I've notice a difference in my concentration and my back pain  is slowly starting to fade. I feel stronger physically and emotionally. The instructor's are warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I recommend  this place to anyone.
