First time visiting this 711 and it was very clean & organized at 4am... Great customer service from Mr Eric he was very friendly and professional and did a great job especially since he was working alone. Keep up the great work Eric!!

I love this 7-11! They have a new family managing it and they are always so welcoming! They always have fresh coffee and my favorite donuts, so my day is always off to a good start! Also, I don't think I've ever been in a cleaner 7-11. Keep up the great work!

I never thought I would write a review for 7-Eleven but I have to give credit when I receive great service.  Each and every time I visit this location everyone is pleasant.  I'm greeted as soon as I walk through the door.  Once I arrive at the register I'm always asked for if I have a reward number.  Immediately after I'm informed about any promotions they are having that day.  This location has great service so I thought I would share my experience.

We live in Glen Burnie, but we go to White Marsh often! Whenever we do, we always go out of our way to stop at this 7-eleven! The location is under new management-the best family who are kind and always so welcoming! The store is always immaculate too! The new owner got me to try the pizza one day and now I'm hooked! I don't know what it is, but it's delicious!  I'm also a fan of the BBQ wings, but I like them extra crispy, so I get them cooked a little longer. If you're in the area, I highly recommend 7-eleven on Philadelphia rd!

The cashier with the beard who was on duty on 2/5/21 very rude and he had very nasty customer service. In the entire Baltimore 7 eleven has a promotion for coffee and I got it every day every 7 eleven. But this cashier he want to smart with me and don't want to give me the promotion.

I have worked for 7-Eleven before. My experiences now are more heart woarming to see that the owners actually care and this store is one of many that i will always love working for thank God and the new owners at 7-Eleven for giving me a 2nd chance to prove that i have changed in life and i will not let them down...

This Is one of the best 7/11 stores in Baltimore great respectful staff and service. My friends couldn’t drink regular milk because it made his tummy hurt so the owner made sure he always has almond milk which is better for him. Food and coffee is always fresh which I love there coffee.

I have had this 711 over charge me 2x now. The first time was for a 10 pack of work gloves.Instead of them charging by the pack they charged individually and it cost 30 dollars more.Then for alto pods they realised menthol was hard to get and made it 19.99 a pack. I will do everything in my power to avoid this location.

This location has made considerable improvements. It is now under new ownership and you can see the difference in performance. The building is clean, the service is prompt and good. They are striving to be better by providing a more joyous experience when you visit this location.
