I am so happy to be part of the 9Round family.  You owe it to yourself to check it out.  The first workout is always free and you will be amazed at how much can be accomplished in 30 minutes.  After being an athlete all through school, I had a hard time enjoying the gym routine.  When I found 9Round, I was so happy.  It is never boring, I burn at least 350 calories every time I go, the trainers are fun and knowledgeable, and this workout can be altered for whatever your body needs.  I just had a hip replaced and was able to get back to an adjusted 9Round workout in 6 weeks.  It's fantastic!

round equipped me to be a better and healthier person.  For myself and for my family.  i lost 27 lbs over 6 weeks and 8-10% body fat.  i was held accountable, and I think folks shy away from this, because its hard.  i needed the accountability, and they delivered.  I show up, i put in the work, and i am rewarded by the results.  I think this is what people are searching for.  There is no magic pill, but 9 round has a plan, and if you embrace it you will as well will see the amazing results.  Thanks 9 Round Cville

Love love love working out at the Charlottesville 9Rounds!  I have used both locations multiple times and it's such a fun time and my whole family is now in on the work out fun!  I've been a member for 4 months and with regular workouts and watching my diet, I've lost 26 lbs!  I would urge anyone who wants a fun work out with awesome interactive and energetic trainers to give this place a try!

I love that every day when I walk into 9Round, the trainers know my name. Even when I see them outside of the gym, they know my name. The trainers bring a personal touch to 9Round that makes a huge impact on why I keep coming back! They encourage and push me harder each day!! Thank you, trainers!

I love this place, and I am super not a gym person. The trainers are helpful and motivational without making beginners feel self conscious. I always feel like I get an amazing workout when I go, and I love that I can track that with the heart rate monitor. Everyone who works there is friendly and remembers my name, and I love how convenient it is. I highly recommend 9round to anyone.
