I got out the military and tried ample gyms before finally landing here. This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. The group circuit training not only give you a great workout, but also motivates you to push yourself harder. Jon is an outstanding personal training, not only does help you achieve your personal goals, but he also cares about your nutrition and overall health. I recommend attending any of his classes and also his private personal training classes to achieve your optimal best. Additionally, I started attending Mia boxing classes to relieve stress and lose a few pounds. The passion that she demonstrates has motivated me to train to compete in amateur boxing. I recommend her classes if you are a novice boxer or a more experienced one looking to improve your skills. She also offer private personal training, in which she takes your skills to a higher level.

My son has been training in BJJ with Armando and Duncan since the gym opened, and we have been very happy here. I have had the opportunity to observe the coaches interact with the many children that come through, and I have been impressed with the way they tailor their level of coaching to meet each child's appropriate level. I also appreciate the fact that they take a serious approach to discipline and safety. After all, these kids are learning techniques that could break bones or choke an opponent if not done properly. Our experience with the coaching has been very positive. This is a gym and, like anything in life, you get out what you put in. Consistent effort is required if you expect results. The adult fitness classes are outstanding. I have never had an issue with the staff/financial issues. It works just like any other gym membership out there, and policies are clearly written on the documents you sign. I greatly appreciate the community outreach that Cedric does. They have done self defense events in schools and libraries around Smyrna and have really been active in helping better our community. Overall, I gladly give 5 stars. This is a local gem.

Love this gym! I joined back in August and started going to kickboxing classes. I slowly started taking some other classes and started personal training as well. I’ve lost a lot of weight and feel so much stronger. Everyone is SO nice and going to workout has really become my favorite part of the day. I really suggest this place to anyone looking to lose weight or simply looking for a new, fun workout routine.

Depends on what you’re looking for. I’ve been a member for 2 years. If you’re looking for martial arts & kickboxing fitness, this is your place. If you’re looking circuit training/bootcamp style, they do have classes, but the certified trainer options are very slim (bc some of them just don’t seem certified at all). My main issue with the circuit classes is the lack of cardio/running and being confined to such a small space. As far as trainers go, Matt is an awesome trainer with workouts that are very organized. He has very pleasant personality, seems to really know what he’s doing, and is very intentional about what muscles he’s targeting. Krissy, the Yoga instructor, has pretty cool classes also! If you’re looking for equipment, machines are very limited. For me, personally, a pleasant, personable attitude + certified knowledge = an awesome trainer (rarely the case here). So, if you’re just looking for somewhere to simply keep in shape, this place will work, but as always, you get what you pay for :-)

My oldest son has been in the kids jujitsu class for 3 years with the same coaches. My youngest son just turned 4 and will be starting kids boxing soon. Im excited to learn that they will be expanding to a bigger location. I think that will help with kids classes being separate from adults. You can’t beat the price for kids because for the monthly fee gives you access to all classes everyday. Anywhere else, you would pay double or triple like every semester. Plus the training has been great for my oldest’s self esteem and confidence.
