Dirty dingy the rooms are not worth 180.00 and to top it off my man was bitten by a spider or something God for bid if it bed bugs eww. Please get better help get the place cleaned up or condemned i wish the owner would call me because not only while I was there the Dearborn police rolls through checking everyone's plate on there vehicle. Talk about feeling violated. I wouldn't bring my family there again. Included a pool was advertised nope no pool. And then the outside doors are all unlocked. As we were leaving the place there was beer bottles and among other alcohol bottles sitting in the grass. I need a refund.

Very bad place ..no wifi and bad smill rooms ((First of all, the door was open when we arrived. If that's not sketchy I don't know what is. It was crusty, moldy, sketchy, nasty, and gross. The room was dirty as heck and they didn't even bother cleaning the room or even making the beds. The toilets takes a good minute (i timed it) to flush so don't even think about using the toilet. There was this weird puddle at the corner of the carpet. Also, theres no free wifi so dont let that fool you. Their AC was too loud and kept us up at night. The remote was nasty and old that the numbers all rubbed off. Please clean it. Don't even get me started on the pillows. It was brown and stained and smells nasty and it looked like it came out of satan's a**hole. It was so bad i had to put a blanket over it. However, my rest of my family weren't so lucky. My husband and daughter didnt follow my lead and protocol and were left with nasty bed bug bites all over their skin. After that traumatic night we decided to check out of the hotel, packing in less than ten minutes, and running as fast as we can to Holiday Inn right across the street. At an almost close price, and a WAY better hotel and service, please book at Holiday Inn. Apparently this hotel is rated three stars????? which I don't understand because Holiday Inn is also three stars and that hotel was the best decision of my life. Actually leaving Victory Inn was the best decision of my life. I was fooled by the fantastic description of this hotel and the great pictures. Don't let it fool you. Go to Holiday Inn for a price difference of forty bucks. Save yourself the trauma and the bed bug bites. Enjoy!)) When I first checked in the room was dirty. and were cigarette butts and potato chips on the floor. The toilet was hard to flush. The phone didn't work. most channels on the t.v. were fussy or didn't work at all. I complained to the front desk numerous times till I finally had enough and asked for my money back. The guy at the front charged me full price for two days even though the room was messed up from day one. By far my worst hotel experience ever. And the rooms are not up to par even for the price. This place is a dump... if you can afford anyplace else go there. For the owner: the room was in my name. And I checked in on the 9th of August and left on the 10th right after I got off work

I refuse to disclose my personal information however you can obtain this through my room number. My room number is 118 and we checked in Saturday night (August 05, 2017) at 11pm and checked out the following day. 2. I attached pictures of my daughter's bed bug bites she received from the hotel. I am certain it is from the hotel as it appeared the day after we stayed at your hotel and bed bug bites reactions are immediate. Additionally, the pillows are not well maintained and had this gross brown stain. Sadly, I did not take any pictures of the pillow or the rest of the room for that matter as I did not want my camera roll to be flooded with awful images. 3 The "lead and protocol" mentioned is that I personally put my own blanket on top of the pillows and the bed as the appearance of the bed and pillows are unbearable. 4. No such complaint was shared at the front desk as we immediately wanted to leave the hotel without any delay. We arrived and checked in at the hotel very late and were extremely tired from the long car ride that we chose not to request a new room. 5. When choosing what hotel to stay, the description and the images for this hotel was beautiful. I thought the room would look exactly like the pictures: clean and appealing. However, it was anything but. The reason I stayed at this hotel even after being completely unsatisfied with the room was that it was late and we were all too tired to switch rooms. However, we checked out as soon as we can. I understand for the price that I paid, I shouldn't expect anything fancy. However, I do expect a clean room out of pure decency and respect. The room was extremely dirty and the bed are highly unappealing. I think it is common knowledge for a hotel to be clean no matter what, even if it is a two star hotel.

My first time ever into this motel, I encountered bed bugs everywhere. I got bit by bed bugs while sleeping. This is one of the worst place I ever had and I don't want anyone else to experience the same from this trashy place.
