Great Place for a weekend getaway only thing i didn't like was the fact that i held a room and when i checked in my husband couldn't use his prepaid card which is fine but when i called i wasn't told that... Everything was nice even the crib they gave my son... The mirror in the bathroom was touch screen it was quiet and clean i am enjoying my stay.... Hopefully breakfast will make it 5 stars... I would recommend i even had a nice view of my truck 😆

Checked in late Monday night, front desk people were great! Couldn't ask for nicer people. One must of been in training or something, he will be a asset to this hotel. He was very very nice! Day 1 out of 4. Pretty clean room except I went through the bathroom with a Clorox wipe because the toilet, shower, walls and sink had black hair and what looked to be pubic hair in and on it. The shower walls especially. I think they need to go over things with a clean cloth or spray things down better! Bed was nice and comfy. Pretty cool they had 2 different pillows on it, one soft, marked soft by the pillowcase and one firm marked by the pillow case. Wanted housekeeping to freshen up my BATHROOM ONLY and she refused to do it unless I left the room so I did. I am on the 2nd floor and I took the elevator to the 1st only to realize I had forgotten something and came back up to my room only to find her out in the main area. I took pictures of my stuff before I left and came back after she was done only to realize she had gone through some of my things. Didn't notice anything missing but I feel very violated. I've been staying in hotels almost all summer because of work and never had housekeeping tell me I needed to leave the room if I wanted my bathroom freshened up. Breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:30. I got down just before 9.at 9:30 there were probably about 10 people still eating. I went to get a yogurt after I had pancakes and sausage and was told it's 9:30 the yogurt cooler is closed now. Not to mention the breakfast lady watched certain people like a hawk. I felt very very uncomfortable eating breakfast being watched for over a half hour like I was going to go postal or something. 3 more nights if I make it that far. I'm not a happy camper here and don't plan on coming back!

Booked a suite for me and my children to have a one night get away and for them to go swimming. As soon as I got the keys I had brought my 4 children in. And my nephew who was helping me with watching them. Because I had so many kids (which are all biologically mine) I was “having a birthday party”. I had brought snacks and a small sub platter for my kids to eat when they got hungry. But to the lady at the front desk, I was “having a birthday party”. She continued to say the room is for guests only. To my knowledge I paid for my suite and if I want visitors then I can and will do so. Nobody that wasn’t a guest stood the night with us. I was very upset because I felt like they were on me the whole time, front desk called saying they had complaints of noise. I had to tell my children they weren’t allowed to walk around or do anything because any type of noise would probably make them call again. I have a four year old child. So I don’t know how the expected for her to be extra quiet. I was highly upset about our stay because my kids were looking forward to it. I just felt like they had it out for me ever since I walked in with my 4 kids (what if I had 5+ kids) . I will never go back there again! I felt like I was being discriminated for how many children I gave birth to!

This crack head looking maid stole my phone here and nobody working there would do anything to help me get it back besides tell me they couldn't find it. Now I'm struggling to pay rent and buy new tires because I have to get a new phone. I even cleaned the room up, stripped the sheets and left the maid that stole my phone a tip because I know that job can suck sometimes. I used to work at a holiday inn as well. Hope karma gets her real good.

Holiday inn is a great hotel I would recommend you to go there, nice hotel rooms,comfy beds.pool area is great.general mannager Felix Ramos was very professional and he does an awesome job.so if your in the area I would recommend you to go to holiday inn express.
