I recently relocated to the Sierra Vista area and needed to find a self storage facility with a clean, easily accessible, secured premises with good gate hours. I discovered the AAA Fort storage center and decided to drive bye the facility and check it out the Lady in the office was more than helpful to find me a unit to fit my storage needs. I took a tour of the facility and liked how the parking lot was arranged and was impressed that this facility has a ample amount of surveillance cameras and a unique locking arrangement for it's units. As being a Veteran of the armed forces they offered me a discounted rate and a really good promotional special that fit my financial needs quite nicely at the time. This facility is very clean and seems to have a good office organization if Your considering moving to or have a change of orders and will be stationed here I would recommend visiting this facility first.

I love this place!!!  The staff is phenomenal, very customer oriented right from the start.  You walk in the door and they offer you a free bottle of water.  They also offer a wide range of different products, from U-Hauls to gun lockers to vehicle and property storage, and specials on a consistent basis including senior and military discounts.  Online, in person, over the phone, and automatic bill payments are available along with payment reminders.  Eric and Debbie go above and beyond.  I've been their customer off and on for over a decade.  I highly recommend this facility for storage and moving purposes.

Very happy with the price and friendly staff. The facility is clean and well secured. Per the manager, no thefts since she has been there, about five years. Security is most important to me. I rented a car space and a 15-20 unit.  Thank you AAA!!!

We visited the area a few months ago and called about storing a handgun while being on base.  The base gave us the info to your facility.  I used it the first day we were there and it was quick and easy.  We decided to go back on base the second, and again I left my weapon there.  You guys are great!!!

I recently needed a storage unit at short notice. I tried to go to another storage facility but was informed that since I had arrived a minute after closing, despite having called ahead, that there system was shut down and I could not get a unit. I went to AAA fort storage because I saw they had a winter special with half off the price of a small unit. When I arrived, it was close to closing time, but I was helped regardless. I received excellent service, all the information I needed, and did receive the discount I had seen online. I was impressed with the quality of the storage units, the security of the facility,  and the fact that I was given 3 keys and allowed 3 people to access my unit, as I was going to be moving out of town in short order.
Overall, I was extremely impressed and would recommend AAA Fort Storage to anyone to use.
