I was concerned at first about the room size and they are small, however, they are clean and cozy and well lit. They have all I need for a few nights;  a warm comfy bed with all new linens that feel soft and luxurious, a small TV with a clear picture, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower and fresh towels, and an alarm clock to make sure I get up on time to enjoy my next day's adventures. As I write this the snow is falling outside and it's about 28 degrees F outside and I am warm and snug in my room watching TV and enjoying microwave popcorn that was cooked in the microwave in the rec center. So yes, the room amenities are few, but the rooms are perfect for what I need. As a bonus the owner, Ryan, and his wife, Krista, are just about the nicest people you'll ever meet. Their customer service is awesome and they have really put their hearts into the property. They took over just about a year ago and have been slowly updating each of the rooms. So please, give them a try, they will be gracious hosts and you will have found a new home away from home, as I have.

The room was pretty small for 2 people, but the managers were very nice.  They let us have a refrigerator for the room and didn't mind my dogs.  There was a big yard and no restrictions about where you can take the dogs. Cheney is a great little town.

Amazing place, highly recommend!! Very friendly service. I just absolutely love this place and the people!! The prices are the cheapest around and the rooms are super clean! Great place!

The place is run down, room smell. In order to turn on the a/c you have to crawl on your hands and knees under a table. No fridge, no micro, no onsite ice machine, and in need of a huge rehab. The good news, the owners who took over from their father appear to be doing some rehab with a roof being replaced while we were there. The beds, full sized! The carpets were filthy. Because of the odor of our room, we just couldn't stay here. Owner kindly let us out and off to the Holiday Inn we went. The place does not resemble a motel and appears to be more of a short term local rental place with the most basic of options. Again, the owner was very pleasant and understanding about the condition being something that wasn't great.

This place is def a rip off. Way too over priced for the tiny rooms and there is no microwave or mini fridge and an ancient tv. I never heard of having to pay extra for the bare minimum. Also some womans crazy ass dog ran at me and my dog, bit my dog and the dog waited for us at my room door while the dogs owner mozied on down to put a leash on her dog and didnt even apologize or anything!! Then when we tried to cancel and get the he'll out of dodge they wanted 24hr notice before any cancellation. Look literally anywhere else to stay cause even staying in your car would be more convenient.
