We recently had a death in the family. We expected to stay longer but the funeral happened faster than we thought and our plans changed. We notified the manager as soon as we knew what the plans were but they said they had no control over our reservation. They ended up charging us for an extra five days and refused to refund any of it despite talking with them several times. Stay somewhere else!

We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, which was great. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were horrible. Then in the middle of the night our pipes in the bathroom started screaming. We had to leave the water running in the shower all night to make it stop. The AC unit also didn't work very well. It was set to 72 and only kicked in about twice in the night. It was hot and noisy, we didn't get much sleep. The rest of the amenities are fine, just a regular hotel.

Not the cleanest, no elevator and the employees at the front desk APPEARED to be high out of their minds (can only assume)... On a positive note, they offer free shuttle service to the airport.

I love this place. It's always so clean and the staff is friendly- it can be hard to get a good rate but the value is still really good. They will go out of their way to fix any problems you may encounter which is priceless these days!

The rooms are pretty basic and provide a place to sleep for the night. They are clean and enough places are around it if you need food or to go shopping. I have stayed here twice. The second time our bathroom door had a pinched hole in it and it would never fully close. The breakfast is always the same. It isn't the best breakfast in the world but it's a nice option to have.
