This hotel was the only one in town that had a wheelchair accessible airport shuttle that ran during the time I needed it. While the price is higher, it's worth every cent. The room was great; spacious, accessible and clean. The bed wasn't half bad either. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the carpeting in the hall. It is almost impossible to propel a wheelchair on that carpet.

Overall hotel represents typical Garden Inn set up, felt slightly larger than average. It had the small bar and restaurant in the lobby and then a pool and work out room. Both were adequate but nothing exceptional. Free wifi was available and worked very well. Check in staff were helpful. Facilities themselves feel fairly dated, nothing in serious disrepair but certainly showing its signs of age.

Probably one of the best hotel stays of my life. Service and staff were amazing, taking care of every detail. Of note my shower seat was put on tilted and I flooded the floor without realizing. They came immediately and fixed it and gave me new towels. Service was superb. Friendly staff...all of them. I talked to at least 5 different staff and they were all amazing. My room smelled fresh, was super clean.

The breakfast isn't free, but that was well advertised so it wasn't a surprise. And it was totally worth the price. My omelette was very well made and really good. Everything else was fresh. Not a spot on the bananas. Usually most hotels serve very bruised fruit. Not this place.

As a smoker, there was a great place for me to smoke. It wasn't an after thought bench out there. It was a pavilion to shelter you if there was weather.

First for the good.  The lobby is nice and inviting.  Also Emily the front desk clerk was super nice and accommodating.  She offered us breakfast or points whichever we chose which was nice to have an option.  So she herself gets 5 stars.  Also the gym looks nice and well equipped.

Beds are firm. Tv has a lot of channels. Anyone walking down the hallway, especially running kids can be heard from within your room. Still better than anywhere else in Airway Heights.
