Holy crow where do I start!?! First the rooms looked like they haven't remodeled since the 80's. This I know because I haven't seen a tubed tv since then. Except at Goodwill. Curtains hung with shower clips and shower curtain hung with window clips. The beds looked like they have never been replaced. I bought my bed at home used and it's in better shape then these! Told my travel companion that we where going to have to take turns watching my car. Turned out they where trying to break into our room, not the car. Then had their "security" pounding on our door at 3am while we where trying to sleep. These guys. So high I was getting a contact high standing next to them. The manager did refund us but asked it he switched us to a room with a microwave and refrigerator if we would stay. My life is only worth a microwave and refrigerator? Gave it one star because it had rooms available. Now I know why.

This motel 6 is disgusting. I would give it zero stars if I could.  It reeks of cigarettes and marijuana and urine.  There were obvious drug deals going on in the parking lot.  The carpet in our room was nasty and stained.  The comforter had cigarette burns all over it.  The sheets were so thin you could see the mattress underneath. And worst of all there were hairs all over the sheets and pillows. My husband took a quick shower and we went out for dinner and decided that if we could find another room in Spokane, we were staying elsewhere.  (There were concerts all weekend and a lot of the hotels were sold out) I would have rather slept in my car than slept in that gross room. Luckily we found another room at a different hotel and paid 3 times as much but it was worth every penny NOT to have to stay there. We talked to the manager the next day and he refunded only half of our money because we used the shower.  I have stayed in many motel 6s in the past and they have always been very basic but clean and safe.  This Motel 6 is very dirty, unclean and I did not feel safe just driving through the parking lot.

The price is amazing the staff is great. Is it a Hilton? No. But my room was clean and staff was amazing. I have a 4 star because there are some shady people that rent there but I felt safe because staff stays on top of it!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this motel 6 during the fourth of July weekend. They were able to get us in last minute in a non-smoking room. For $80 a night you can't really expect a 4 star hotel, but this one really didn't seem as bad to us as most of these reviews. Jessica at the front was professional, friendly and put us in an upstairs room. The room accommodated our needs, as we were only there to sleep at night and shower. We were personally never approached by any transient, and had no issues while staying here. This motel is located a few blocks from downtown Spokane, which we actually liked. Overall if you are in a pinch I would recommend this place, just remember this is a motel 6 not the Davenport.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We reserved a non-smoking room for 4 adults. when we checked in, there were only two bath towels, but the woman at the front desk was pleasant when I asked for more, so no worries there. The cigarette holes in the bedspread of one bed and the sheets of the other did raise some concern. I was willing to overlook the stains on the carpet, but replacing damaged bedding should not be neglected. 
The real problem was the housekeeping, or rather lack thereof. We checked in Friday night. Saturday, housekeeping never entered our room. the dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, the beds were unmade and the garbage cans full. On Sunday one bed was made, but not the other and half of the garbage had been taken. The dirty towels were removed, but not replaced with clean ones. We were out of toilet paper, so I took a roll from the housekeeping cart myself. Housekeeping did not enter our room again until after we checked out on Tuesday.
I am willing to consider that it is a bargain motel, but my son and his fiancée paid the same amount for their room in a different establishment and their room was cleaner and included such basic amenities as a mini fridge and a coffee pot.
