Do not believe anything they say. They lie.  I was told and very nicely that I would be given the new contract deferred payment to January. I was only to pay $15 along with the almost paid off amt I owe for December.  Well they took the whole amount out in December. I am on Social Security and have to budget every penny. So NOW  my checking acct. is in a negative amount. I have no money for gas in my car, no money for a few groceries or anything else. Thank you so much Aarons. Merry Christmas to me. I got totally screwed.  Not at all happy right now.

My experience with Aaron's has been a positive one. I've experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff here, and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on nice furniture. My only advice for anyone thinking of becoming a customer is to make sure that you can make your payments on time. From my experience with them, they really don't appreciate having to collect monthly payment from customers. Can you really blame them, though? It shouldn't be their job to go looking for late payments. On the other hand, I think it's important to mention that any time I have been late on a payment or that I knew I'd be late, they've been incredibly professional and understanding in accommodating a different payment date. Communication is key with these guys, and they're very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Aaron's in Nampa, and I'm grateful for their willingness to have professionally worked with me financially. 5 stars. Thank you, guys!

So got a free month for some couches the supvisor was really rude and even had the balls to cuss at a customer wen I wanted to give them back kus I wasn't able to afford them I've been a good customer for the last few years on the other things I got from them they get a 1 for poor management ...
