Picked up Roofing Nails, Shingles and LED Light Bulbs. Lady working in the Lumber area was helpful but they only have two Check Stands open. Quick Checkouts are okay when you don't have large or heavy items. 5 stars for the Lady who helped but only giving 3 because of the lack of help at the checkouts.

Horrible customer service! We were in the store for more than an hour getting some wood for a project at home. Waited for 30 minutes to get someone to assist us with cutting the wood. Apparently the only person that can is also the only guy that can drive a fork lift. We asked for two different associates for assistance and they couldn't help so they were going to go and find someone. When the guy (Jerry) finally showed up he proceeded  to hastily measure and cut the wood, which even though all of the pieces were supposed to be the same length. No two were cut the same length! After he cut the pieces he just tossed them in our cart and moved to the next person in line, even though we still had some other pieces to cut. After this happened I was extremely upset at the way this person had treated my wife and me, so I asked for a manager. The garden manager Mike came and actually cared about how our experience was and wanted to make it right. He went out of his way to get us what we needed and made the rest of the experience more enjoyable. Kudos to Mike but the associate that normally cuts the wood needs to take a customer service course or something!

If you've ever been to HD you've been to this one. It's clean, well stocked, and price competitive (usually) The workers seem friendly and helpful to boot.

Had what i was looking for.  Compared prices online against Lowe's and HD was significantly better priced.  Rental staff were friendly and helpful
