I appreciate the sales crew being straight forward.  I went to there with a list of what I needed and they did not attempt to sell me more.  The sales process was quick.  The delivery crew notified me via email and phone so I knew exactly when they were to arrive.  The email included a map tracking where the crew is at any given time.  One of my easiest processes of purchasing furniture!

I put five starts so someone will read this! First of all went in and saw a bed on discount good price for bed but then to get the bottom of the bed the move able adjustable one Ed gave us a good deal on the whole bed even threw in some free sheets. Sounds perfect right?
 ****No have waited over a month to get the bottom part of the bed they set a date on when bed is coming in then they call that day to say that it's going to take a few more days!Have canceled many doctors appointments, many important family things just to wait for the bed !! They give you a good price but takes forever to get, they don't keep you updated on your bed you yourself have to keep calling many times to see what's going on. Never buying from here agian!!

guys came to my house un prepared to set up my new bed. i had to loan them tools. to add to the head ache these 2guys decided to lean my new power base on my new dresser that also had bout 25 new bottles of colognes and wifes perfumes,causing few bottles to fall and hit the carpet,they wer totally careless.

Wish i could give them no stars. The plder man working there this morning friday october 14th completely ignored me when i walked in and continued to be on a personal call while i walked around the store for 20 minutes. Once his call ended he quickly picked up another call and never even acknowledged that i was even there. So no. I will never go back and i will never recommend them . Guy didnt even look at me when i walked out. No wonder there is never anybody in there
