So I picked out amazing furniture and  I was super excited to receive the furniture but now I'm just irritated. I  picked out the furniture over 2 weeks
 ago and the manager was helping me out super nice and awesome and well versed in her product . My girlfriend and I picked out a super cute sectional off the website and I asked if that would take long to get in and she said " Not at all" . We gave her the money for the set and then asked again when will we get the couches and her response was i dont know its still processing we will call you tomorrow, which was a little shady. But OK fine. I am a General Manger of a store and I really dont have time to sit around waiting for a phone call all day. By 1:00 I still hadn't heard from them so I called them and I asked the same question when is my furniture going to be here. The manager still didn't have an answer for me. WHAT??  OK fine. She said she would call back later with a status because she didnt know yet. I call back around 7:45 because i knew they were going to close and I still hadn't received a call back. A man answered and told me Savannah stepped out. So I was a little confused because she was still supposed to call me. So i asked the rocket science question to the man on the phone who by the way was very nice. He said he would have to call me back to find out a status. He called me back shortly and told me that my furniture would be ready the 28th of June! WHAT!!! That's insane especially since I asked the manager if it would take long to get the furniture . I get a call today which the 23rd of June and was informed my furniture was here and that we needed to set up a date and time for me to go in and sign something?  Weird because I dont know what I am having to sign. But she said that would be the delivery day too so okay fine. I set up a day for Tuesday and went on with my day. Here is what just blows my mind. I ended up not having to work tomorrow so I called her and let know we could set something up for tomorrow. She was completely rude and telling me that there was appointments for tomorrow and the delivery wouldn't be until next Friday?? woah now I have been waiting a very long time for this furniture and I said I work a lot and she said yeah so do i! I told her THE DAYS I HAVE Off and she did not care or even try to squeeze me. I AM LITERALLY 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE STORE!!!!  I live down the street and there is no way someone can give me my furniture are you kidding me??? She was so rude and kept over talking me and talking about her problems and the thing is she lied to me from the beginning so I would like cor-pate to email ASAP and solve this long winded problem because now its just out of hand I live literally down the street! I even offered to pick up the furniture myself and she told me she cant do that. Its like really?? You guys have told me a long list of things you can't do how about someone tell me what they can do. ???

NEVER I mean NEVER lease from them, they have rude manager and they furniture is real cheap and not worth your money I'm going to post my picture of my cheap furniture and let you guys see how the wood is so cheap and not worth your money or the interest rate they put on their smh. My son has a twin bedroom set that has fell apart and they are charger me damn near 1500 for this not worth it go somewhere else and lease not here or just buy it picture coming by the end of the day

worse customer service u can find!!!!Adriana needs a new job if she can't stand hers!!! It's so funny how you can tell when someone hates there job!!! She didn't let me speak to a manager because she was in charge hope the supervisor there knows the horrible mistake he has done!!! Dont get anything from here just purchased your stuff anywhere else !!!

The only reason I'm rating 3 stars is because the staff are very friendly and helpful. 
If I could give 0 stars for the quality of the furniture I would. I payed ALOT OF MONEY  for the furniture I bought and it has broken several times. I am very very disappointed.

Took out payments from more that was authorized and refused to reverse. Contacting BBB and an attorney
