You can find almost anything you need at Abt! Sometimes we go just to marvel at the latest products and innovation! But the best thing about Abt is the customer service. We have had good experiences with every purchase, return, delivery and repair. Highly recommended over any other electronic or appliance store.

Not Happy with Abt. I have been shopping there since 2009 and they have banned me from returning with buyers remorse. Chad who is the Manager was very rude and said that he "skimmed through my profile to determine the factor that I cannot return anything I buy from Abt Electronics, unless the item is defective. I have proof of my purchases from 2017 and all of 2016 that prove what was bought and kept. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I always bypass every retail store to come make all my small and big purchases from Abt. To now him telling mate I cannot make any return is outrageous and sickening. I want my purchase order reviewed and if you want to talk we can talk because I have everything written and detailed. Never thought there would be a day I had to write this bad review about Abt Electronics. I have referred many of many friends and family to your store and now I get this treatment? Whenever I buy a new car, your car audio is the first people to play around and add stuff to the cars. I am not happy and haven't stepped into your store ever since, which has been over a month now. Nor will i buy anything until I get this reviewed. Thanks Abt for letting me down.

Excellent customer service! I was satisfied both times I came into the store: when I bought a fridge with Alex Starovoitov and when had to ask for an exchange because the one I ordered was too small for my kitchen space. Thanks to Cari and Rich Williams, the exchange went smoothly and more enjoyable than I expected. I will definitely stop by when I need something and will recommend it to friends. Thank you a lot!

Purchasing a new, smart TV from ABT was a very easy experience. It was easy to manoeuvre around their website and find the right TV that met our needs. The prices were great! Shipping costs were low, and no sales tax. I'm looking forward to receiving the new TV! Great initial experience!

The dishwasher is less expensive than anywhere I could find it in WA. It arrived in perfect condition. The delivery man was alone and claimed he could not get the dishwasher into my house by himself. Luckily .Y neighbor was home and agreed to assist in the delivery. Otherwise it would have gone back onto the truck. I was not pleased with delivery but I highly recommend Abt to my friends.
