Never had a bad experience here. Parking always easy and plentiful. Prices are competitive with online vendors like Amazon and NewEgg. Floor staff doesn't hound you like Best Buy. Used the service counter once for a laptop issue - they were very helpful and friendly. One gripe is asking for your information at checkout, but it allows you to get email receipts which is a huge convenience.

Best computer / electronics store. PERIOD! If you work in IT this is where you want to shop. Reasonable prices and great service. They also have computer repair and services. Funny it was also on the show Mr. Robot.

They really have good prices on computer hardware and laptops. It might be a little bit out-of-the-way but it's worth the savings. I really do find cheaper prices here then I can find online when I going to the store.

Plenty of people to help you out here and a massive selection of computer accessories. I love this store and really wanted to give it 5 stars, but they wouldn't price match a video card for me due to it having a rebate. I didn't want them to match the rebate, just the base price, but they still wouldn't. This kind of stuff should be standard now. I ended up buying the product from Newegg with free 2 day shipping, an unnecessary inconvenience.

Awesome place with knowledgeable staff, built my gaming desktop here. Runs really well with room to grow. They also do price matching here as well so prices are competitive.
