I was pulling out of Aaron's parking lot, and pulled up to the exit lane behind one of their delivery drivers waiting to turn out onto Academy. He then opens up his door and hangs out of it with his hand out saying "I'm trying to reverse" as if I did something wrong. Last time I checked, if you're on the front of the line to turn out onto a street, you don't make all the cars behind you move just because you decided you didn't want to turn out anymore. It is very simple to turn out on academy and make a U-Turn like the rest of us.

Called to asked a question it was answered and clerk on phone asked me if i heard about aarons club and before i could even answer she was YELLING into the phone IN MY EAR at someother employee!! Inconsiterate and piss poor cust service skills. Will never shop there again and telling everyone i meet not to rent from this store.

They Suck Ass they tell you one thing and lie they are a bunch of Assholes.  Do not trust them at all they forget who you are unless you owe them money.they don't know the meaning of customer service.know wonder why rentacenter is number one at least they know what customer service is all about. If they have a negative star that's all they would get from me..

Tom is the rudest most disrespectful person after this I will never rent from them again I asked him for the cooperate number he said look it up I wish I could give them no stars because this is the worst experience I've had the customer service is horrible and for them to mock you and make fun of you is unacceptable I've been a customer 10 years they lost a great customer I would run and not rent from them
