I have spent a lot of time and money in this place and not exactly for the prices.(keep that in mind) They offer a wide selection of almost everything you need electronic wise. The customer service has always won me over and never once have I had a issue here. I love how every employee welcomes you at the door and every employee ask if you need help. It’s so clean that it’s indescribable! It’s the MOST amazing Best Buy around.

Still a great place to get the entertainment needs of your dreams. We all know the same items can usually be found on line for a cheaper price however, delay of gratification is not always my strong suit... And there are those times when I want the product at the moment I pay for it! Thank you Best Buy for keeping "shopping"and the joy that comes with it...ALIVE! ;)

Geek section of techs are good, especially Spencer. He is a tremendous blessing to us. The annual service is too high for us. But they seem good.

We bought our new 65 inch Sony from BEST BUY. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. They have staff for each section of TVs and they are not commissioned, so they can honestly listen to what your needs are and advise what they feel will be the best fit. We are very happy with our purchase - its just what we wanted.

They updated the parking lot so there's more space. 
And I walked into the store not knowing exactly what I needed. But a gentleman came up and helped me out and looked at the computer to figure out exactly what I needed and went in the back. He came back in like 2 minutes it was quick!!! And I got exactly what I needed part model everything. Great experience
