We needed a phone for my son. Although I have good credit and a great account with tmobile, I just could not justify 300 or more for yet another replacement phone for my teenager. I called these guys and I was glad I did. We took in some old phones that they bought from us. And we purchased a very solid phone well under a hundred bucks. We actually even left with a profit. Which allowed us to go find a case and screen protector. I found the gentlemen there to be professional, patient with my lack of knowledge and gave us a very fair deal on the phones we brought in. They earned our business for the future. We will be back. Very very happy with the service provided.

Thank goodness for the easy going, intellectual, and professional customer service. My husband asked me to come here to buy a new phone (new to me) and I have no regrets. Whew, I feel confident I made a great buy. Happy status. By the way, thanks hubby, for the great recommendation; you don't ever fail to keep me safe and happy.

Very upfront and courteous! Went in looking for a phone, needed a replacement and TJ helped me pick and choose exactly what I needed. Even spent the extra time charging a dead phone to demo to me. Ended up leaving one happy camper for a fair price. No wait time or shipping updates. Left with a brand new phone! Awesome guys keep it ☝

These guys just saved the rest of my week! I needed a good phone for an affordable price on the spot and got exactly that. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and professional, and the selection and prices are great. I'm very pleased.

This place is a JOKE! Messaged them about a TV that they would hold for me a few hours since I was 1.5 hours drive away from them. I live way up in NE Denver area. I arrived at 11:15AM to find the doors locked, no notes no anything other than their hours taped to the door. I sat in the parking lot for 30 more minutes assuming maybe they went to lunch. NOPE! Come 11:45AM I learned from someone else in the parking lot that this place was shut down by Police. What pisses me off most is that these people couldnt even have the common courtesy to notify me to stop driving down there! Wasted $40 in fuel and 3 hours of my life plus wear and tear on my vehicle. Apparently this place must be involved in fraudulent transactions if the Police took the time to shut them down. Probably for the best if they are willing to waste 3 hours of my time and $40 in fuel for an arrangement we made.
