If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Overcharged me and caused my bank account to overdraft. Then tries to tell me I have to suck it up basically. Now they call me and my references 30 times a day. I told them they will get there product or money as soon as they fix they're problem. I don't have time for all that. They said they wont accept emails for proof they overcharged me. And I now live 3hrs away. So, I'll let them waste their time callin

I ordered a 40" TV and PS4 bundle online, they took my money immediately we went thu the whole confirmation process (9 days in my case) then after confirming scheduling for delivery I get a call from the GM who says they won't deliver the product because someone that's not me and I know nothing about that previously lived at my address burned them on a mattress! Like what the hell does that have to do with me and how is that my fault!? That's not how you do business a deals a deal my son was looking forward to his gift and because of a stranger I couldn't deliver like I promised due to something I had completely no control off. I can't afford to flat out buy a new tv and PS4 for him or else I would've 
And to make it worse my money can't be refunded for 30 days, seeing as they already closed the Oceanside location you would think they'd want all the customers they can get! Aaron's came highly recommended from a friend and my son and I were very disappointed.

Products are great, great prices and payment options(way better than RAC) the only draw back is that they are really pushy.

Terrible customer service! They are nice to you in the store but then when it to time for delivery and pick up they are awful to deal with. They have no consideration for your time! If you ask for a morning they will be there at the latest part of your window. When you need them to pick up they will make you wait the 5 hours! If you call them to see about when they are going to arrive they lie and give you the run around. I will never use them again!
