My husband and I came in to look for a new bed, as ours was over 15 years old. We were helped by a very knowledgeable and laid back sales person, Joe B. He helped us get a great deal on a new cal king mattress! We were concerned we were heading in to mattress firm to deal with a hard sale, but this place was very chill, and our mattress is being delivered tomorrow! Very pleased with the service at this location.

Yesterday I went to SleepTrain knowing I needed a King size bed as well as a Twin Mattress. I was immediately greeted by the Store Manager, Ken Johnson. Right away, we got to talking about my needs regarding comfort, my spending budget and Ken went right to work. In the end, I was so happy he came in under my budget with both beds as well as the "protect-a-bed" products and I even scored a free set of sheets! I was afraid before I came in the store that I would be meeting your typical salesman, but Ken listened to what I wanted and what I could spend and it was such a smooth shopping experience. I can't wait for the beds to be delivered next week.

Our California King mattress was 15 years old and worn out. Went into Sleep Train and was helped by a very knowledgeable employee. We got a great deal on a Stearns and Foster bed with movable base. They set up delivery for Sunday and they came on time! They set it up and took away the old bed. Delivery was free!! Excellent!

Stopped in local Escondido Sleep Train and received immediate service. We were directed toward beds with differing firmness and asked to try them out. When we mentioned our budget range, Ken immediately took our request into consideration and redirected us to other beds. After our selection, he put together our package including mattress and boxspring covers, frame and old mattress removal. Gave great advice on care and what to expect when the truck arrives the next day. We were in and out 20 minutes.

Had to purchase a new Mattress recently and came in to this location expecting the hard up-sell and typical "sales guy" tactics. The salesperson ended up being very friendly and extremely patient. He let us lay on pretty much every mattress and then finally asked if we would like some guidance. We let our guard down a little bit and he matched us up with a mattress that has been VERY comfortable so far. Would have been a five star experience except for the fact that it was VERY expensive. As it turns out, the mattress that WE chose ended up being an "exclusive" to SleepTrain's parent company so we couldn't even shop around for a better price.
