Our sales person was Greg Bork, and he receives a 10+ in my book. He asked what we were looking for, took note of our body types and the price range we had in mind, and took us directly to the the recliners that were perfect for us. He did not try to sell us on the higher priced chairs, but gave us time and space to decide what we wanted. Perfect! As for the chairs, we trust LA-Z-BOY and have owned several over our many years. We are reluctant to try others. We are very satisfied with this product.

The sales reps were helpful but not pushy. We were greeted upon arrival, given an introduction and allowed to browse. The Designer was great at helping us pick colors and options that fit our family and budget.

Customer service was great!  I had a minor concern when my sofa recliner was delivered and it was resolved in a timely manner and with no hassles.  The service technician was professional and explained the problem and its resolution clearly.  Very satisfied overall with La-Z-Boy Furniture!
