From the way they answer their phones professionally, friendly and respectfully, to making me feel like a valued customer I will happily continue to shop here. Hats off Escondido Office Depot Team!

Excellent service Connie the dept mgr. Very efficient and I found out my business cards were now discounted to $11 from $35. For 100 cards. Well run store.

Printing dept - young woman working on 7/11/17 10 a.m., outstanding service. I live way across town, (1/2 mile from Staples) and will always take the time to drive to Office Depot. Great store and staff.

This place never has anything I need, everything is over priced. I have no idea how this place stays open.

store is good if you already know what you want and are willing to look around. Seems pretty understaffed so it's hard to find an associate to help you but overall is clean and generally stocked
