Use caution. ..I really don't understand how this location is in business. The entire staff lack professionalism. They're not truthful about the condition of the furniture and not willing to make things right. I've never received such poor customer service.

This place has the worst customer service ever. They have this employee named Richard that has the nerve to call and give attitude . They honestly need to fire that old man and find people with good customer service cause I've had enough of their crap. They are definitely loosing clients and the people that I referred. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here. Unless you want to get the wrong furniture or pieces missing . They deserve to get no stars at all !

Terrible customer service! I wasn't helped. I was spoken rudely too by an employee. I asked about a TV he said were only 3 people you can't expect us to help everyone. You work in the customer service department!! It's your JOB to help people. I only had a question about a TV hate to be a person who wanted to purchase one! You're better off going to a different store!
