We got a bed, box spring, frame, and headboard from them. We decided we only needed the bed itself. So we called them and scheduled for them to pick it up. They never showed up so we called and made more appointments. Every time the day would come for them to show up they never did. Finally after a month they showed up on a random day and got our stuff. We now have to pay for something that they left at our house for a month that we didn't use. Go somewhere else and buy furniture if you can.

I have furnished my whole house through Aarons the employees are very friendly and do whatever they can to make the whole process quick and efficient

i do not like it how is run now. i been hold with them about 15 mins now. still no one will pick it up, i just had question for them but still on hold.

Will never buy anything there again. They made a mistake on my payments, because of a computer error they say. But now I'm the one who they're forcing to pay for their mistake.
