I went in to mattress firm in April to buy a mattress with my boyfriend and our sales rep Keith was very enthusiastic and good at his job, or at least appeared to be. After taking it home and realizing it didn't fit in the space we intended to put it, we brought it back the next morning still in the packaging and Keith assured us we would have a full refund within the next couple of weeks. A few weeks go by and my boyfriend gets a check in the mail for his half of the purchase. I was confused why mine wouldn't be with it but decided to wait a few days to see if it popped up. Another week went by and nothing came up so I called the store to see what my status was. Keith was no longer working at that store and I talked to another representative who couldn't even find our purchase when looking for it In the system. They assured me that they would look into it and get back to me. Another MONTH goes by and I call again, this time talking to a third representative who knew nothing of the case and also could not find it in their records. Both the 2nd and 3rd representatives said that this was an error on Keith's end when he initially did the purchase. She assured me yet again that they were working on it. It is now September 1st, MONTHS have gone by as well as countless phone calls and I still have not received a $220 refund or any updates. Being as I am a broke college student, every penny counts toward paying my rent. Any time I have called they have basically told me they can't find my information and that it is going to take a long time unless I want "$220 in store credit" ie some nice pillows and sheets that I do not not want or need. I can assure you I am never coming back to any mattress firm again. TLDR: Returned a mattress in April, never got a refund for it, now they are acting like the purchase doesn't exist.

Good prices and great customer service. Mark went above and beyond helping me fit my mattress in my car, which was not easy. So grateful!!

I came in a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and we weren't planning on buying anything that day, just wanted to get an idea of prices for what we were looking for. Tim did an amazing job at finding exactly what we were looking for, and got us a deal so good we couldn't pass up! I couldn't be happier with our purchase!
