I wish I got her name but one of your cashiers is extremely rude. My mom has a hard time with English (not REALLY bad but it's not her first language). The cashier got very rude and even a little loud with her tone when mom was trying to ask her about the price of a jacket, until I interjected. I prefer letting my mom speak for herself to get practice but it's hard when people are rude. She needs another round of training on customer service. She's somewhere in the women's clothing side.

I tried ordering things online twice.  First time, I didn't get my order so after a few weeks I phoned.  They told me it was cancelled.  They reordered the item while I was on the phone.  2 weeks later I received 2 items that were completely different than what I ordered and a few days later I got 2 emails saying my item wasn't available anymore.  That was almost 2 weeks after the original email.  Now I have to phone and get this mess all cleaned up because they charged me for something I didn't even order.

I placed my first order in August.  Now it's the end of October and I still don't have what I was trying to buy.  I'm done with JC Penny.  I think I'll stick with Macy's which is always surprises me very positively.
