We came for a 13-person family lunch on a Saturday. This restaurant has been here a long time. From my 1st date with my wife to multiple family lunches, wedding receptions, and special events, we have always had a good experience here. Food is good and the staff is friendly. Our visits have usually been on Saturdays for Dim Sum on rolling carts, but orders from the menu are good too.

Very bad service. Waited over 2.5 hours got wrong order, too greasy food and didn't even get all orders. Waisted time don't go there again.

They charge you 15% gratuity on the original receipt regardless of the quality of service, and leave the gratuity blank on the "merchant copy" receipt that you sign. Just beware on tipping twice. I won't be returning.

Visited this location on Sunday, Oct 29th around 2 p.m.  It was the first time to visit and looked forward to trying out their menu options.

I approached the counter to place an order. There was a man behind the counter sitting down and staff standing around in the lobby area. I waited to be greeted so that I could place my order, however the man just kept staring at me and working on his computer.  After several minutes, he called for a staff member from the lobby to come take my order.  Not impressed so far.

When it came time to pay, I wasn't paying attention at first, but he stated $20.42.  I gave him only a twenty, not catching that he stated it was $20.42.  He looked at the twenty, then he slammed it down on the counter.  Made me very uncomfortable, as he wasn't saying anything.

I took my twenty, left the restaurant and went elsewhere.  Where I was acknowledged and treated as I should have been in the first place.
