My salesperson was Store Manager Mr. Hakim he is very professional.  He was absolutely amazing he listened to what I said I wanted to get for my new house and told me he would do his best to make sure I was satisfied with selection.  I needed stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer Mr. Hakim put together an incredible package deal for the 4 appliances.  

After my delivery he called to make sure everything was in place and that I was happy with my appliances.  I have never had such an pleasant experience he took all my worries & concerns away from the moment he introduced himself I knew I had made right choice by coming to ABC warehouse.  Soon as I pay off this bills I'm returning to by furniture for my basement.

I'm definitely going to recommend my family and friends to check out ABC warehouse Dearborn and ask for Mr Hakim ☺

Mr.Hakim was terrific! He gave me the best possible deal on my kitchen appliances. He barley made any money off me and proved it. When my wife and I went in there we were looking for a great deal. He price matched and saved me more money than Home Depot who is currently got a 40% off all appliances deal! Definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Out of the three appliance stores I went to to purchase a new washer  at ABC Warehouse offered me the quality and price for a new machine. The salesman was professional and helpful.  He worked with me on delivery and haul away to keep the machine I wanted within my price range. I was in and out quickly without feeling pressured or rushed. Highly recommend.

My second salesman, Tony, saved this from 1 star. He was really great and made the purchase of my new refrigerator painless and comfortable. 

Delivery and service from that point on however, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
I was pumped to get this big new French door in my kitchen. Crew arrived and opened up the fridge to find the inside had completely shattered in transit.... They passed the blame predictably. I catch grief all day at my job and understand things happen so I didn't give them a hard time even though I was frustrated. They rescheduled another delivery and would bring a whole new unit. Shortly after, the store called. I figured I'd ask for a break on price, at least delivery charges,  but the situation was swept under the rug saying I had "already got a good deal." Seriously? They said they actually were doing me a FAVOR by rescheduling my delivery for the next day. Whatever.
The second attempt, same guys. They unwrapped it and guess what? Glass and more glass everywhere. Now it was Friday and had to wait until Tuesday to work around THEIR schedule. Meanwhile I have food in coolers and sitting outside as the weather warms up,  probably spoiling at this point. Tuesday comes, I get a voicemail while I was at work, four hours BEFORE the earliest time I said I'd be available, saying they were minutes away. I call back, no answer. Risking another day without refrigeration I had my girlfriend rush to to let them in.
When I got home it was still in pieces and there was a nice ding and scuff on the side and a top corner was also visibly damaged. 
This was not a cheap fridge and I expect it to look that way. I could've gone to an outlet for a damaged fridge for $500 less than what I paid! 
Terrible service. Tony I wish you the best. I would find a more reputable store to work in.
