This place is horrible. I was told my job would take a half hour and almost two hours later I am still sitting here. Carolyn gives horrible customer service and they make you think that they are doing all they can when they aren’t. I missed work and two appointments because of them. Ridiculous.

Wouldn't give them a star if I could. Wasn't even there to see them... was washing my car and a tech came up to my car as I was  vacuuming my car after a wash to ask me about this tiny spider chip on my windshield. I explained that I've had the car since I was 16 (22 now) and that it was fine. He takes his finger and scratched and taps on it an says "WELL IT LOOKS LIKE IS BEEN FIXED BEFORE. IT HAS OLD GLUE ON IT". Of course trying to pitch at me to fix it better. 
I KID YOU NOT... I WENT OUT TO MY CAR THE NEXT MORNING AND IT SPIDERED AND CRACKED MORE ALL THE WAY UP MY WINDSHEILD. 😡 And when I took it back to show them they flat out called me a liar and said that the workers I was describing didn't sound like any of their workers. 
DONT LET ANYONE COME UP TO YOUR CAR AND TOUCH IT! I don't want this happening to anyone else.

A month in a half ago my spouse set an appointment. Over the last month and half, I have asked the office to call my spouse and given them the phone number. Today, the receptionist called me to confirm my appointment. I asked her to call my spouse because I will not be seeing her until very late...I was told "No" that was my problem and "I am sorry I ruined your day!" and they hung up. 
     This upset me, I called back and asked to speak to the manager...same person answered the phone and said "No, that he was busy" I said I didn't care if he was busy...they hung up. Then contacted my insurance company...and cancelled the work that was scheduled a month and half ago!!!! I have had work done with Abra 9 times over the last 6 years. 
     If I were Abra...I would fire that receptionist, if this is how the company treats people who pay them money....I wonder how they treat people they have never meet.

My car sat for 7 days and no one from the body shop bothered to reached out to me to let me know they were unable to fix it. As a client I call on the 7th day to get an estimation for when my car will be done, the main receptionist leaves me on hold for 20 minutes then comes back with the news about my car not being able to get fixed, says she'll call me back. After the 3rd phone call I placed to the company to get my car back the main receptionist answers the phone and with an attitude says "come get it" then hangs up. I've heard nothing but good things about this company that's why I attempted to use them for my repairs, but it was a horrible experience. If they're short staffed that does not need to be taken out on the clients or voiced to the clients about how behind they are. Hire more people, nicer people, problem solved.
