My wife and I were in your shop on Sunday I believe the man at the front desk was James he was very patient with us he was very thorough and explaining the different tires unfortunately we couldn't purchase any that day but we will return in the near future because of him if anybody asks if I know where to get some good tires and great service I will remember your shop thank you signed one happy and grateful customer

I literally just called them was told to hold waitied for 10 mins then they hung up on me. Great job firestone. I could hear them checking to see if I was still on the line. Terrible service just to try and get an alignment.

Would never go back to this location. Guy working the desk James was extremely rude and unprofessional, how they let him run the front desk is beyond me. The other users review about being treated like you where at a mcdonalds drive thru was 1000% accurate. Save yourself the time, money and headache and just go anywhere else.

While visiting from out of town I became aware of issues involving a family member's vehicle. Robert Badial was very attentive with our needs for a complete check of the vehicle. I was updated as repairs were being made and other issues were detected. I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle needs.
