Aspen Auto Clinic always goes the extra mile to make me happy, and I'm assuming all other customers too. Thank you for putting new rollers on my van side doors! I haven't been able to open them for much too long! Thank you always for the complimentary ride from your shop and back to pick up my car. That means so much. You all rock!!

Performed excellent service on my Jeep Rubicon.    Work was completed in a very timely manner and my Jeep was very neat and clean when I picked it up.   The truck doesn't look like it just came back from a garage.    I worked with Matt and he was very up-front about what was needed and how long it would take.   My Jeep feels like a new vehicle - the ride is smooth and quiet again.   I am completely satisfied with the customer service, the work and the prices.   I will be back.

My car took longer than they had anticipated, but they stayed open an extra hour to get my car back to me that day. I really like their new manager!

I dropped Off my car at the clinic at 8 AM and didn’t get my car till 6 o’clock that night. When I called to make appointment the woman had no idea that I’ve Brought my car there in the past. And when I showed up at the appointment wasn’t even scheduled. Today wanted to give my car a new shocks and a couple other things I declined because I only was there for a tuneup. These a** holes didn’t even top off my coolant as a courtesy and now I feel like they’re very pushy and I felt like my services rushed.. I’ve been going to this place forever now and never had I had an issue till now. I’ll never go back Especially since they charge me 600+ dollars for a tune up. Are used to be on my other cars here till the car.

I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. My car's issue was resolved and I was back on the road by evening. They called me once a diagnostic was run with a time frame and estimate. I am pleased.
