Absolutely Fabulous! My car was on its way to the junk yard and when I took it to Craig's Automotive I was expecting the worst! Boy was I wrong! They gave my car the once over and miraculously brought it back to life AND it cost less, much less, than I expected! They have my business FOR LIFE!

First timers at Craig's Auto- they lived up to their reputation! My husband thought the fan clutch in our Explorer was failing. We compared some prices- even though Craig's was slightly higher, we support local businesses so made an appt. Turns out there were 2 entirely different issues going on between our cooling system (new issue) & timing chain (previously worked on at a shop up in Boulder). The timing chain is under warranty. Laray (hope I'm spelling that right!) went above & beyond to communicate with the warranty company for us, finally coming to the conclusion that we should return to the other shop for repairs. Travis, our tech, even spoke with the other shop for me to properly explain the situation & requested they call him with an update because he's curious about what went wrong! 

Their communication with us was exceptional. Their honesty about the situation was refreshing. Laray kindly offered for us to come back for a visual inspection of the timing chain after it's fixed (hopefully under warranty). Craig's has a great team. I look forward to bringing our vehicle back in the future.

This place is amazing! They are the most honest automotive place I've ever dealt with. If you don't need it they are not doing it! We have a child at the university and was told she needed brakes when she got her oil changed at another garage. We had her take the car to Craig and they said absolutely not! Can you imagine that? I'm beyond impressed with Laray and the staff here! Can't say THANK YOU enough!

What can I say? Not for everyone unfortunately!
Craig is only for people that are looking for great service ( honest, professional,updates, important details about your vehicle) competitive price!
