Two words. BED BUGS. I recently stayed at this establishment 11.10.17 and woke up around 3am with several itchy bite marks on my arms and face. After pulling back the sheets and looking in my pillows I realized the bed was infested with bugs! What was supposed to be a fun night out with my significant other turned into a disaster! I was moved to another room promptly but was no longer comfortable. The hotel staff had no type of disinfectant and had to go to the local CVS to provide me with Lysol. A hotel should have some type of disinfectant right? Warning to all. Thoroughly check for bed bugs before resting! Stay clear from room 914!

Unfortunately I stayed here about two weeks ago for what. should have been 4 nights but quickly turned to one, Thanks to night Auditor Peter. It was a later night/early morning and I was fresh off the road. The neighboring hotels that I know to be awesome were all booked! The Gaylord, the Westin, the Wyndham, MGM, all of them! But this hotel I found to be very subtle online was nothing short of a headache starting with checking in. Peter was so irritated by life that he failed to ask me basic questions, such as "how long are you staying?", "Are you aware of th checkout policy?", etc. In my sleepy daze I did not notice until he had given me the room key so I asked, why didn't he ask. he replied "well you didn't say anything either." you sir work here, not I! So I asked for more days to be added to my stay he says there was no more available and to check back later in the morning to see if anyone checked out. I asked about a late checkout and a look of sheer aggravation ran across Peters face and then mine. I went to my room looked online and what did I see, the Hampton Inn advertising rooms on several booking sites for the nest few days! Needless to day I checked out briskly the next morning and went straight to the Gaylord where the customer service is always exemplary. The following day I noticed I left a watch of high sentimental value, called the hotel and was further disappointed by the lack of urgency or interest in such a delicate matter. Never again. Ever. For no reason or circumstance will I subject myself to such disrespect.

Recently stayed for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed it! We stayed here and loved the accessibility of the area and the hotel. There are so many great restaurants and attractions close by, and to go to DC was only a quick Uber ride away. The only thing I was disappointed by was how shallow the pool is, BUT it was also good because my younger sister and cousins loved it and weren't scared to swim. Also, the front desk people were so lovely and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely will go back if we're ever in the area again!

I've been to my share of hotels this summer and I have to say that this hotel was the best one...we only stayed overnight but it was an enjoyable stay! The staff was really nice & whenever I needed something (I asked for a shower chair, sheets & blanket) they brought it up to our room immediately. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. There are also a lot of restaurants and attractions that are in walking distance! I will be coming back for more days next summer!

Very clean hotel! All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The night shift desk manager that checked me in was on again first thing in the AM and was as fresh and chipper and friendly as the night before! Breakfast was good quality, replenished frequently and clean. Overall great accommodation /stay!
